Look what I found in my "report to moderator" queue, this is really un-professional for every company even for starters:

Take this picture off immediately. You are not authorised to use it and there is no excuse that you are not responsible for it as your disclaimer is not worth the page its written on as you are knowingly operating a site that displays images that are stolen. You cannot disclaim any responsibility as you are the people who physically run the site and are responsible for the displaying of images without checking the ownership of them. If you dont believe me then leave it on the site. We have given you this notice which is not necessary - the next point of contact is our international solicitor who works on commission. You are lucky you are what we consider a second degree offender so we give you a warning and know you will remove it. We have two websites that are selling our images and they dont know there full operation is being investigated and are soon to be busted. One of them is in USA and the other is in Chekoslovakia. If you want to verify that we are the actual owners of this image then check my Email address as being the same as the contact address at our site: www.***********.co.nz
Dickheads! You are a loser and cant do anything creative. You just promote copying people and it takes someone without any talent or spine to do that.

I ofcoz removed the images as i always do, but i wanted to share this with all off you! ( oke, oke, it's very unprofessional.. but when somebody is beginnen to call me names and stuff you got the wrong person. )

Can you get any more un-professional?!? That really isn't the way to approach anyone from a business standpoint. The name calling and such could be considered verbal assault and slander to say the least. geez.

Ok well giving a thanks afterwards sounds nice.
Why not have a "Dumbest request of the month/week/day/hour" thats been reported?

If it wasn't for that last sentence, I probably would of thought it was legit.

Its always nice to see how some people not only can't write a letter but also can't be somewhat polite-makes you want to know what their parents were doing as the kids were growing up.I hate to say this but it makes me think someone in the US wrote it just based on grammer or lack of,I certainly hope it was'nt one of mine.

What was the person doing at this site in the first place? These kind of people "on a mission" always seem to creep up in places like this. Happy Halloween!

Hmm...did you guys notice the run-on sentences and the improper use of the word "there"? :P When you write something business to business, atleast edit the post before you send it.

hehehe qbone... take it easy now

personally, i think letter is ok (and JUST ok) written, its the last sentence which spoils the reality. Without that, it could (and ONLY could) look like some prof. letter... IMO!

Gigolo: That's not as far I am going to take it.. Rest these info stays under privacy.. I just wanted to point out a point! I think an professional request of removal goes something like this:
"This picture has been taken van blahahhaa.com, could you please remove it! If you have any questions, contact us at: Blala@balalah.com"

Hahaha I got another request from a company, very unprofessional but funny! I like this guy who did this:

We from the *******.com wish to have this picture removed from your database!
this hairy nasty girl is our property and we will not allow any other website to enjoy her and her hairy muff any longer!
remove this pic at once or face the wraith of our not so hairy lawyers!

These kind of guys I like, if he would request a banner position on whatboyswant, i would give the guy discount!
