Servers down-off line ??

For the past several weeks i've tried logging on to Iris,Jamie, FeFe, etc servers both with Firefox and ughhhhhhhhhhhhh IE, and i get site not found. Just wondering whats up??

didnt know there was a problem, there hasnt been any complaints from members or anything, well.....except this one :P

just try using the www.whatboyswant.com address....theres no point using the server name ones anymore, diz changed it so whenever you log on, it automatically logs you on
to the most reliable server, and if a server goes down, it wont let you log onto it....just finds you the next most reliable one

Yeah, so when you bastards link to shit on the site can we stop using server names and making me re-log in all the time. That's damn annoying.

Ok , i see now, thats what i've been using just plain ole wbw.com, i didn't know about Diz's change, sorry for the thread then, i just had them all listed by names in my favs list.

@ EL - indeed....specially some off the silly mods who PERSIST on using fefe.whatboyswant.com like as if its more reliable still

@ harley - no its all good....others might have had the same issue and dont ask, this way theyll know whats up :P

Well we had some small problems with one of our database servers, that is now fixed. We are working on making everything more redundant and we hope at the end of January we have a complete redundant system. All web servers are redundant, only the database servers have to made redundant.

If you wish we can keep everybody updated on the progress.

jesus Mr. E L do you think you are special and the little annoyances should avoid you? We are all in this game/ site together. How the heck do you think that Diz and the programmer crew feel. It's not like they got the wrong number and just redial the right number. It takes hours and hours of work.
