Series queueing based on cleavage?

Anyone know why these photos are queued together? As far as I can see there are at least 9 different women in this series and outside of "cleavage" I can't see any other reason for them to be grouped. Shouldn't this be done via tags instead?

you get credits on successful linking so maybe people are not always really careful.

I was confused because the women look the same to me, but then I noticed you said 9 different women and I only see two pics, so the other ones must have been removed.

Yes, they've been removed. A few seemed close and could understand the linking but several were clearly diff women
