search does not return correct results

hi there,
i remember having posted to a thread a long time ago but i cannot remember the thread subject or poster. as the profile page does only show the last 10 post i thought i could search for all posts i have made via the "poster" field in the forum search form. sadly, the result was only to threads though i have 34 posts at least in more than only two threads.

what can i do now?

If I remember right, the search function only looks at the first post in a thread and not at the replies. Diz and schaap are working on an improved search function.

yeah i think the search function is only for the original poster... i guess ull have to search for the thread title or something

Searching in the poster field only finds threads started by that person.
