Retarded Canadian needs assistance

Help. Up here in Canada we still use bearskin for clothing and use the bones of our captured prey as utensils.Everytime I download a RAR file I cannot open and get an error report of This not a movie file. What the F%#& am I doing wrong.

You're not using WinRar, that's what you do wrong.
