Just an Idea.
Ive seen it before when people post links as comments on photos to another picture of the same girl or someone comments saying "are there more?" or something along those lines, perhaps there could be a way where if there are pictures of the same girls that when you click onto a picture above/below where the tags are there could be thumbnails of related images which would be pictures of the same girl and that somehow the users could do this rather than giving the mods yet another job?
