Re-download uses credits again?

If I download a movie and then re-download it the next day, does it cost me the credits again -- or is each download remembered and, once "purchased" with credits, is free to download from then on?

that sucks. i was wondering that as well. but i don't have vids to upload or really care for vids. i end up deleting all of my porn anyways.
