Queue

When will my pictures get outa queue they've been in there for abt a week now..

Whenever a mod looks at them and approves them. I've seen it take a couple of days, but never a week. But when you consider the amount of pictures that are uploaded, I think the mods are doing a pretty good job. It's a tough job, looking at pictures of naked women for hours at a time.

And what a shame SstennizZ, nice uploads! Put your feet up, uncap a beer, and play it cool. Anyway, a lot of us are waiting in queue, there must be thousands of pics to moderate. Let´s cut the crew some slack.

I also have a question about queue. SstennizZ is not the only one waiting a week or more as I am also. When you upload it tells you that your pics will be posted within 24 hours. At this time last night I had 21 pics in queue, and tonight I still have 21 pics in queue. Some of mine have been there for well over a week. When the mods go through your uploads why do the only do 1 from your queue instead of clearing it out? If the mods are indeed so over loaded with uploads as rainbowdemon suggests then I have a few suggestions I would like to submit that might help the problem.

1) Give sponsor members priority and clear their queue's ASAP.

2) Make some sponsor members crew members to help get the pics up. I know I would volunteer and could give an hour or two a day to this and more time on weekends. I spend all my web time here anyway.

3) There are tons of babes to look at in the gallery's and babes posted in threads every day so you could temporarily suspend the upload function untill all queue's are cleared out then re enable it. When the queue's get so full again that it is taking over 24 hours to get the pics up then just suspend again untill queue's are cleared.

Just a few suggestions. WBW rules and is the best site on the web.

That's quite good idea Hornyone. Especially when i see that there is ppl wit 200-300 pics waiting in queue.

Thanks user25bg. I'm sure you would volunteer also, right? Though I dont see us becoming crew members I do think #3 is very workable as long as uploading isnt shut down for weeks at a time while the queue's are cleared.

Actually I don't have enough time to moderate pics , so I'm not volunteer for the moment.

I think #3 sounds good too. Also I've noticed that some pictures I've submitted today have posted, but I've had some stuff in my queue for over a week. I guess they aren't posted in the order they've been uploaded?

i have talk with Diz-X about it, manny people upload pics so it will take some time, he will changed the 24 hour thing in a Week.......

Welcome to the upload lottery, soon you will see piks you posted a week or so ago posted by someone else.

When I checked this thread today I was surprised that no crew members had given an opinion on my ideas. Come on Duderino you were here last night when this was posted, and your here now. Any feedback? I guess Diz-X hasnt seen it yet as I was really hoping for a response from him.

now three of my uploaded and cueued pics vanished.. hope that wheren't the good ones..

uhm looking at a lot of pics aint a easy job :P, and as letting other poeple help that would help getting rid of queue but it wil get another problem with it. And that is that pics that shoulden't be added get added and we would get a lot of double pics. Becose most of the poeple who add pics frome queue do this for a long time now (and i aint saying they know all the pics) but i am sure they have seen more pics than a avarage guy in here (no offense or anythign).

Sorry guys there are a lot of pictures in the queue but when you don't upload so many pro pics we can handle. There are two moderators on holyday so don't worry we solve the problem in a week. If you have questions about it please sent me a PM

No offense taken as I didnt really expect to be made a crew member any way. However I think several members, and myself included are getting very frustrated that it is taking so long for the pics to be posted. Please take another look at my suggestions and consider #3. Yeh, right.

I'm not so sure #3 is a good idea unless you set it up as scheduled down time for the upload queue. Not all of us have loads of free time to spend waiting until we can upload our pics. Maybe a once a week thing where the queue is cleared and then reset?

Also, I offered my services to Diz a couple of days ago as a pic mod and was told that they don't need help.
