QUESTION.......(yup, another one..)

There are a lot of "cheerleader" pix on the forums and a lot of pictures of girls in High School (at the beach, etc)..

How can you be sure that they aren't 17 (or younger?)

Obviously, I'm not saying that they all are under 18, but I'm just curious as to how the distinction is made? The reality is that most people in the US who's birthday is from June to September(typical cut off) actually don't turn 18 until after they graduate High School.. I would think that there is a MUCH greater chance that these girls are under 18 than over..

I reported these threads already. I sent a direct pm to a couple global mods, no response yet. I am concerned about this, just as you pointed out, the odds are these girls are under 18.

What happened to the policy of, "if its borderline we delete it to be safe?"

Personally I feel that any pics that show someone is in high school should be deleted, come on guys...

I graduated with a handful of 19 year old chicks.

I agree that we should be careful and delete things that are borderline, for the safety of the site, but you also tend to piss off lots of members when you just arbitrarially delete all kinds of stuff. It's a fine line to walk.

And that's all I have to say about that, especially since everything has already been said about it before in those other threads.

It's true, he outed me as "old" right away.

That's fine, but at the very least, "group" photos with several girls depicted as high school age or in front of schools just about guarantee some under 18 girls depicted. Those recent cheerleader threads have some of those. And the blond cheerleader looks too young. Honda himself said that...

On a lighter note, EL must have ridden the short bus. 19 year old high school babes? Must be a philly thing!

I agree, some do look young. I've never said they don't. I'm not to blame though. I don't approve pics.


And I wasn't 19, but I knew a couple chicks that were, um, educationally challenged. But they were hot, so I forgave them and befriended them anyway, because I am a nice guy.

I heard that in the USA, if you have a photo of a nude girl on your laptop and you believe she is 18 or older
and they detain your laptop at the airport (which they can do now) and find the photo and
determine that the girl in the photo is UNDER 18, you go to jail. IS THIS TRUE?

no probably not...
unless she looks 12 or something and you have hundreds of pictures of her...

even then, a good lawyer could probably make the whole thing go away...
