I love this site. The people are polite and the pictures are great. I live in the US and when I was reading the disclamer it said all girls are 16 and up. Is it leagal in the States to view 16 and up? I thought it was 18. I did read something that said if the girl is not in a porn position it was ok but I just wanted to make sure.

Legally, we (in the US) are not allowed to view anyone , in any position, nude or semi-nude under the age of 18.

I think 16 should be acceptable, since it's the most common age for consent. Oh well.
We have such a mish-mash of laws in the US. In my state, you can get married at 16, or 14 with parents consent.
But you can't take a picture of your wife, naked.
If you both are under 18, and have sex, there are no legal problems. But if one of you are over 18, it's statutory rape.
Mickster states the law (since it really is different laws depending upon which U.S. state, district, or territory you are in) quite well. If you are viewing from the U.S. and the girl is under 18, generally you may view and download if she is not in any porno type of situation. If she is in any porno type of situation and she appears to be under 18, better just head on to the next picture...unless you are a famous Beatle like George Harrison (or was it Ringo Starr) and claim you are doing research.
