Senja is from the Netherlands, where they speak Dutch primarily.
maybe you ought to be looking at amazon.com instead if you are more interested in spelling and grammar.

everyone world wide should speak perfect english. everyone should type perfectly. what garbage. how many different dialects do we have in the u.s.? gice credit to those from other countries that struggle with english to accomodate us americans. without their efforts we could not be part of this site. maybe senja can teach me to speak his language so i can better communicate with those beautiful dutch girls.
i just want to say to you not everyone lives in USA as you think, the world is not in USA it's all over the world. We all speak difrent languages and we all try to do our best on the site and you start bitching about english.
I dare you to come and talk to me DUTCH, BOSNIAN, GERMAN. becose some of us have other mother languages and in my case i have two, so english is not my 2nd language but 3th!
Sometimes people just are rude even if they didn't mean to...
And yes, english isn't senjas first linguage, it's his what, second or third?
It's a bit different thing when you live in europe or in northern america, for various reasons (mostly because of the Brits) your native language has become a well known widely spoken language around the world, and all basics of computer technology and internet are in english for reasons I'm not going to explain here.
Many europeans have to learn multiple languages just for having a job, and to go on holidays! When you have to be ablo to speak atleast two languages, preferrably three or four, you just don't give a s*it about the grammar of your text unless it's too important.
As a Canadian you should understand this, afterall, isn't it a bi-lingual country?
I have studiet four foreign languages in school my self, english, swedish, german and russia. English just is the strongest of them, but in the other three, I can't do as well as senja does in english.
But yeah, maby enough for this subject?

It isn't mine too :P My english is most of the time bad (mostly when I have 8 or 10 hours programming after me).. But If somebody has spare money to hire a translater for us, be my guest :P

Alrighty, then. Senja is from the Netherlands and his first language is probably Dutch. For those of you who clued into the "...I applaud him for his efforts..." part, good for you. If you chose to ignore the "...I apologize for my insensitivity..." and you went off on a rant, good for you, too, making full use of a top-notch forum on a great website. My question was answered fully, and I'm happy to be part of the WBW community. Thank you all for your input.
P.S. Not all the assholes come from Canada; we only have a population of 40 000 000, but that's another thread for another day.
