Problems Uploading a Movie

I have a video clip that is 55 Mb and when I go to upload it, the upload freezes around 29 Mb. I thought it might be the clip itself so I tried other clips and it is the same story. Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this? I really don't want to chop the clip up into pieces because it would really kill it.

Strange... It should accept upload untill 250 mb at least.
