problems uploading

so i am trying to upload pics and everytime i do it tells me that i have not selected a file to upload, or something like that. i tried doing individual pics and i have tried a zip archive and neither one works. what is going on?

the file names are all numbers, does that make a difference?

and it can't decide if it want's to use my old or new avatar, it keeps switching back and forth

you have to use http://fefe.whatboyswant.com

I can see your new one fine.

I think more people are having problems with that though.
