at the top of your screen, put your mouse over babes, then click upload a babe

On the Codes: options, INSERT IMAGE paste in the URL (univeral resource locator) or the picture you are looking at from another site. That will post the whole pic. INSERT URL paste in the URL and we will be wisked away via your linked hyper.
On the Attach file: option. assuming you know windows and how to browse... find the directory location of a file saved to your fixed media or removable media.
