Problem uploading Avatar?

Just wondering if anybody else has this problem? the image I want to upload is below the 120 x 270 size limit and is only 36kb so under the 150kb limit but it says that its not?

I think its only 100 x 270 not 120

Edit - this is what it says on the edit profile screen
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 270 pixels and 15360 bytes whichever is smaller (For Sponsor Members this is 35840 bytes)

hotlink the Avy here any maybe we can help figure out what is wrong...

and BWT is right it is 100X270

Ive made them smaller and smaller to try and make the file size as small as I can but it just tells me the same.

I lowered the quality a bit but this should work..

Both of those original files you uploaded are over 15kb.
Cause you are not a sponsor member they need to be under 15kb
