Posting of Pictures

Ok, the new poll on WBW got me thinking. If so few are actually posting pics of their wife or girlfriend, where do all these pics come from. Because the majority of the pics I see on here are of the amatuer nature. Granted some are from parties or street festivals such as mardi gras, but truely where are the others from. I guess I was just thinking they were actually being posted by a BF or husband. Guess I look like the idiot on this one. I will also admit the ones I posted are of girlfriends, wife, and actually a sister in law. I'll let you guess which are which, and let you imagine how I came to get the one of the sister in law.

Im not sure I understand how this thread is anything but a simple version of the poll on the frontpage.?!?
What is it that this thread will tell you that you didn't get from the other one??

Just wondering, because as I see it, the one on the frontpage tells you the same and some reasons why and why not.

I didn't take it as smartass, so don't worry. You do have a good point.

Where was the problem, as you can see from the # of my posts, I haven't posted much to the forum, hence the problem, I didn't really know how the pollong part worked, and the point I was trying to get across didn't really come out like I wanted.

But I'm still pondering how all these "amateur" type pics get aquired and posted. I'm my mind there has to be some women that would totally freak out if they found out that their pics were up on WBW. I mean some where along the line, the original "photographer" had to share these pics with someone that shared with someone, that...... "you get the idea" So I can imagine some hottie that let her man snap a few pics, and figured he was the only one to see them would be shocked. Thats the point I was trying to get across since so few of the members are posting their actual GF, Wife.

Well, there was a site I used to belong to that was a sort of 'community' site. More girls than guys. You could have your own picture galleries and choose to 'lock' them if you wanted. If you got to know someone, you could grant them access. I found that guys started posting pics of me on other sites (not this one yet!) and I've recently seen alot of girls from that site posted here - friends of mine who are really sweet girls and would be really upset that their pics had been posted
I suppose there are pics posted from 'ratings' sites and various similar sites to WBW. There's the image hosting sites and things like Photobucket, Flickr, Myspace and Webshots.

And Sails, sorry if I was a bit hard on you, I just sometimes forget how unintentionally short or sarcastic all of us can sound in some of our quick answers. (K)
