picture rating wrong

I have a picture I uploaded a while ago and it has a rating of 8.54 with 30 votes... why does it not come up on the top 50?

Anyway; I only see 26 votes on the pic you mean. I think it needs more.

Being that it was uploaded almost two months ago, it probably won't show up in the first page of hot or not which is pictures uploaded in the last month.

And, it's Dasha... so it really shouldnt be there anyway.
