pic mods?

Okay pic mods (and you know who you are) , please advise us on what your criteria are about uploaded pics that actually get posted. I'm not sure what you expect or want. I have seen series' that others have posted and they all end up in a row or at least they all end up on the site. I have uploaded series' yet they get broke up and scattered all over the place and only part of the series gets posted? Please explain your end a little bit so we, as uploaders, can understand how you go about posting/not posting pics. i am not complaining about whats going on, dont get me wrong, but I am interested in what your end entails.

I send in a few hundred pic's in a day and never see them,or when I send 4-5 pic's of one girl I have to feel lucky if I I see one but they have never been together on the other hand tiffany teen pic's get posted in sequence what gives.

i agree again of the thirty pics. i posted today i saw only one back in babes of the week

thats why i upload more in the forum even though those pics. dont get any points but he at least every body can see them

well, the problem with uploading in the forums is people are posting ALOT of pics with URL's and names on them and thats a "no-no" but people continue to do it. So, in so many words, until that little problem gets taken care of or addressed a little more aggressively, I don't really want to post my pics in forums. Besides, i would like my pics to be voted upon , wether good or bad, and to get points for them. I realize uploads are what feed this site and the forums are fun as hell too, but what happens to all the pics that "don't make it"?

The forum is not meant for posting pictures. There is a reason why all the uploaded pictures are checked before adding, and the same rules are on in the forum as well. But checking all the pictures before adding to forum would be impossible, so we rely on the people them selves to think what's appropriate and what's not.

If the pictures are not accepted in the gallery, they also are not accepted in the forum!

I my self can't give you the specs of judgement on pictures, 'cause i'm not a picture moderator, but I can tell you that the picmod's are BUSY with the pics, and therefore their judgements can and will not always be pleaseant for everybody.

But there is one main rule we all hope the pupil here to remember:
No copyright-marked pictures in the gallery or the forum!

But remember that there's many people as picmod's, and they all can't think excactly the same in what to let in and what to block!

Some pics just don't make the cut sounds like. That is life in general!!

There are a few simpel rules:
1. No pictures of professional models
2. No marks on the pictures
3. No to young girls
4. Not to vulgair :-))

I know what I'm talking about I moderate a lot of pictures, Sometimes more than over 1000 a day. So when you uploaded pictures and you can find them back they are dubbels or there is one of the rules above involved.

I can explain: When we put that kind of pictures on the site we get law suites on our tale that's why there are some rules.

I do understand that you dont want marked pictures and I know you go thru one helluva lotta pictures in a day, there is NO doubt there and my hats off to you for the job youre doing. What i was asking was, if you could explain the process on your end (because we cant see what you see) about how its all done......I mean, do you just click on something and BOOM, you have 10,000 pictures in front of you and you look them over and throw them on, or what? I'm not complaining and I'm not trying to stir up a ruckuss, I just want to know what it entails being a picmod.

we moderate each single picture you guys upload. so yes, take a look at the New this Week gallery and notice over 4000 pics this week. a week back it was over 6000 pics.

the way it works: we click the correct link to get busy and get the first pic full size on our screen. we look at the pic, try to notice a mark from a website or owner, try to decide whether it's pro of not, then try to decide whether the pic is a Naked Babes pic, Kissing Babes pic or whatever other gallery it should be sent too. Then we need to mark the pic as Adult (as there's an Adult filter on WBW, located on the frontpage for those interested... ) and thén we, finally, get to click the ADD PICTURE button. that is, if the pic doesn't meet any of the no-no's Senja wrote above....
this happens to EVERY single pic you guys upload.

as you can see, there are a lot of things we need to deal with concerning the uploading of pics and unfortunately there's no easier way to do it. each pic needs to be evaluated with care as the consequenses can be rather immense.

a short explanation about the broken series: some pics seemed to be a lot more pro then others in those series. I could even imagine they were all pro's but as there was no sign of an owner I did let some pass. some, as some were too obviously professional pics and couldn't be added while others were not that good quality or less obvious pro.

to give you guys a small example of what we need to work through: I moderated 600 pictures saturdaynight (with my gf sitting on the couch I might add!!!). just over 300 pics of those have been added to the gallery's, the others were deleted due to several reasons, mostly because they were pro. mind you that this was an ordinary day, nothing special about the 600 pics moderated, or the 300 and a bit that were eventually added.
perhaps that sheds a bit more light on our situation

now don't get me wrong! I wouldn't want to see it any other way, it's just the way it is right now

Thank you CK, once again you come thru with a shining answer that I can relate to. I was in no way trying to be a prick, I was curious. I commend you 3 picmods for the job you are doing and meant NO insult. I did want to know what it was like tho. Cheers!

if i were sitting on the couch editing these pics with my gf sitting by my side, i doubt we would be sitting on the couch very long.

so I'm to assume that all of the 500 pic's I've uploaded in the last 3 days were all pro.pics or water marked,sorry I don't buy it,I've uploaded too many pic's for this to be the case,where did any of the 500 go.I spend alot of time sorting through pic's to upload,for quality and content,I enjoy the site and what the crew must go through each and every day,however I did'nt just start brainfarting and forget what you can and can't upload.I have never sent pic's with url's on them-also I have a$1900.00 Sony digital camera,my own pic's can be as good as pro's.I think i'll sit down and go through them and see if you can tell the differance.I'm not pissed I'm curious as to what makes them pro,if theres no watermarks,is it because you deem them pro?
