opening pics - help!

When someone posts a picture in forum and I click on thumbnail to open the pic. Then I don't see big pic (full-size). There's just a red X.

Do I have to change something in my PC's settings? What is the problem?

yes it means you have a computer that is more than a month old, you need to buy one at least once a month, once a week is reccomended

Have you reset your browser security settings?
Deleted all your cookies?
Deleted all your temporary internet files?
