I know that it's probably hard to add new tags, but there are a couple of tags I'd like to see:
Gloves
Sideboob
Makeup: For girls putting on their makeup
Cupped breasts [which often get tagged with handbra]
Also, although most of the photos tagged with "Instrument" are with guitars, it would be nice is Guitars had its own tag so all of the instruments would go under the instrument tag.
Almost all of the bathing suits are bikinis, but there should also be a tag for one-piece bathing suits.
I'm a little surprised that although this website features both babes and cars, I've only see "Booth Babe" photos recently.
Since you mention these, I think sideboob and one-piece are good tags to add.
I don't want to do just guitar, as we can get too detailed with some things, and it becomes confusing for people to know what all the tags are and such.

I know that you don't want to add too many new tags because it's already a pretty long list. I just notice "mobile". I could have been adding that to lots of photos, but being American, I kept trying to add "cellphone". ;-)
I just realized how many photos I've recently that appear to be taken on public transportation (mostly buses and light rail).
Most of those appear to be candid or surreptitious shot photos from cellphones, which are often tagged with "voyeur". For me, I thought that the voyeur tag was only for those photos such as upskirt and downblouse photos that were taken with lascivious or purient intent, but it's still the best current tag for surreptitious photos.
The current method of adding tags is great for casually adding tags, but for quickly adding lots of tags, it would be nice if there was some way to use a comma-delimited string to enter the tags.
You should have something in the Tag FAQ about how long the hair should be for the "Hair-long" tag. Should it be for at least tits/shoulder blade length, but should it only be for very long hair?
You should have links to the Tag FAQ page from the Tagsearch page (http://whatboyswant.com/tagsearch/) and next to the two questions about tags on the regular FAQ page (http://whatboyswant.com/faq/).
Does the "Holiday" tag include the British/Austraian usage as vacation, or is it only for "official" holidays such as Forth of July, St. Patrick's Day, etc.
I think that it would be great to see an "Hair-Updo" tag for any fancy updo hairstyles.
I've seen a bunch of breasts that have been classified as small that I think are misclassified. I think that Playboy and the era of breast implants have warped men's sense of breasts sizes. You might want to include some photo examples in the Tag FAQ [that are NOT from Flickr], and maybe some addition descriptions of breast sizes. For example, if the breast sags even the slightest, if the breast is larger than a hand size, or if if it's obvious that the breast has an implant, it is probably not a small and shouldn't be tagged with "Tits-small".
There are already several tags that are often used to designating the types of costumes a female is wearing, such as nurse, teacher, schoolgirl, cheerleader, and teacher. There is one more type of costume I'd like to see: Maid.
"dark- complexioned": There are lots of photos on whatboyswant that might be Latinas or they could be multiracial, or they might have an olive skin tone and have Spanish or Southern Italian ancestry. Whatever their ethnic background, it's just not that easy to tell from the photos, so their should be a tag females what are dark-complexioned of unknown ancestry.
