new global mod

have senja or diz decided who will replace eric as global while he is away?
we will deffinatly need someone online the hours etv was on

how about we just let the regular globals do their work?

i would love that position, but its more important that i get other things done, like school and work, so i wont be on nearly as much as i have been in the past few months

i thought they allready gave that spot to screwy

naw, he got the NPB spot, and he isnt on too much anymore either

the regulars arent on at certain times... ussually around 4am - 10am est

and in the past that ammount of time has been abused by people who know there are no globals around


etv was ussually on messenger around that time
but now that he is gone, if somthing happenes there is no choice but to wait until early afternoon est for a mod to come on


thats the reason i brought this up

i remember once during those hours there were two people posting pages and pages of kiddie porn, but there were no mods around to do anything about it


and when its somthing like that, a few hours is a really long time to wait

and before anyone gets offended



i am in no way saying that the current globals arent doing a fantastic job

im just saying that you all are not superhuman, you have lives and need sleep.

this is just a small but important time frame that should be filled imo

hey, sorry if my post came off a lil bit gruff. wasnt intended. and yeah, every hour should be covered. my recomendation? dont have one, its not my place. who is promoted, if anyone, is for senja to decree, so we'll just have to wait. Hmm...

i was more worried about kanzen having a hissy fit to be honest

i stay on until 5am or so (off and on, playing halo and such) and then log on as soon as i wake up to check my PMs...

i'd be up for loopy but i understand where he is coming from....that's the same time here and with school and shit it's hard
