My post count went from 5999 to 5600...WTF is up with that??

To the Mods...I was in the middle of this thread posting..

when I was gonna announce my 6000th post..and when I did..my post count went down to 5600. Did I do something wrong?...how is it that my post count went down What's going on...has anyone else had this happen to them? I am in NO WAY blaming the crew here..thats not it..so please don't take it as a bitch out at you all...just would like to know whats up ...how it happens as Im sure it has to others before me...but if I did something wrong I just want it pointed out to me..thanks crew(beer)

1) you should have PM's a Mod about this, not created a thread

2) some older threads might have broken links, so then the thread might have been cleaned or deleted (cleaned meaning the posts with brken links were deleted)

3)maybe one of the servers fucked up again (probably FEFE, that one doesn't like me either )

4)Chase put a hit out on you for trying to rise up the Top Members board to quicky

5)shit happends, pm a Mod

6) Im glad you got the forum right however, and keep posting the hot girls

1) I did PM a Mod..FeFe...she said I did nothing wrong...shit happens sometimes.

2)If Chase did put a hit out on me...it worked..I lost alot of posts

Even that shouldn't have happened. Old threads in which the hotlinks die should not be deleted. Once a thread has had no posts for over 30 days, and is automatically locked, it shouldn't be removed for dead hotlinks; it should stay no matter if they work or not. If they die before this time period, then they are subject to deletion, If we were to remove all the topics like that, we'd be removing a lot of the members posts.


My guess on what happened would be: that you use imagebeaver for most of your threads, if I remember correctly. I think they went down in the past day or so cause of all the upgrades they are doing, so none of the pictures are displaying.

One of the mods probably saw no pics and red-x's, so they removed the topics.
