My number of pictures tagged?

Why does this fluctuate by like 60,000 or so every once in a while?

Sometimes when I look it's like 150,000 and other times it's like 90,000

The same thing happens to me with my number of Posts, but the spread is way, way, way less than 60,000. Closer to 100, I guess, but still strange.

On our profile pages, Diz. It lists the number of posts made and the number of tags made and such. I've noticed it before too.

For example I'm on the Fefe server right now, and if I refresh it I can get my tag count to go up to 8862. If I refresh it a few more times I can get the tag count to show 8751, and I'm still on the same server.

Mine fluctuate by a small amount. I notice it because my credits vary but not any where in the neighborhood of 60.000

This is what I'm talking about. These screenshots were taken probably about 20 minutes apart.

It does that for me too. I've had that problem since tagging was introduced to the site, but I just figured it had something to do with the servers not being properly synced or something.

Actually, I've added 152,000 tags to pictures. The actual number of pictures tagged is currently 32,107.

Yeah, well, I guess I kinda worded it the way you read it in the subject title, so that was my mistake.

Shocking.

Mine does the same ... Mine is out by about 1000 tags ....for example sometimes it will say 56000 and sometimes it will say 57000

Must be that Dutch air
