My avatar?

Just trying to find out why the red x in place of my avatar picture? Also, on my profile page, I am described as a "NEWBIE"!!!!! NOT!!!!!!! I am a "Stalker"

Try uploading the avatar again, and as for 'newbie'. It does that sometimes, just try loggin out and logging back in again.

In the profile page all are described as newbies...
But i can`t answer to the avatar thing....maybe it is too big
