Moderator Help!

I have uploaded a pic for the flashing series and it is in my babes uploaded folder and it has like a 7.95 rating, but when I go to the top of the babes link it isn't there for last month or for all time. I was wondering why it isn't there and what I have to do to get it there. Like if it needs a minimum number of views or something. Please help. Thanks
