Messaging Question

Hi

Can someone help me with messaging? I tried to message a follower today and I got this message "Only active members can start new chats". Since I am fairly active chatting every other day or so maybe the question is what does it mean to be 'active'?

Any help would be nice.

yeah im wondering this too. there's a user i want to message but can't and would love to know exactly what i need to do to be able to!

Seems like I accidentally screwed up the chat permissions requirements when giving premium members always this right, no matter the stats.

I'm commenting on uploads, rating, posting in forums, and have 100 uploads waiting for verification.
