Member quantity increasing, member quality decreasing (and fast)

Someone might want an additional, anonymous account to attck someone on the forums or just to vote more than once. They might also set up a new one from a different IP address if they've been banned.

To my knowledge, no one has been banned yet...

who cares if people do nothing on this site, seriously. the world has more important issues. like people dying because they have no food or water to consume.

If we are going to worry about serious issues on this site, the next president of the U.S. is a huge one. Everyone on this site should care, regardless of where we are from, because our current president is going to get EVERYONE killed somehow, not just his own country. He is stupid enough to figure out a way. George W. Bush is a moron.

Anyhow... stop multiply accounts by not allowing 3rd party email addresses ie.. yahoo, msn, hotmail etc... surely everyone must have an email account supplied by their ISP.

...and yes I realise that with some ISP's you can have multiply email addy's... but it would be a serious cut down on multiple accounts.

I think the best will be: NO BANNING AT ALL

Banning a user from the site is the last resort and an extreme measurement if nothing else will keep he/she on the right track!
It will only be used in situations where a user is constantly flooding the queue and forum with copyrighted, hc-porn or other unwanted pictures or doing something else unbeleavable stupid

And the bannee will also receive several warnings before banning (unless fast responce is needed), so if you are a normal, thinking human being who can live with some little rules, you have no worries for being banned from WBW!

And I don't think we'll start rejecting free e-mail accounts either..

There would be a problem with banning free e-mail accounts.
I have net-zero as an isp.
They also have a free internet service.
Which would fall under having a free e-mail account.
To add to the fact that there are some people out there that don't have thier own computer.
So I am pretty sure that they would have a free e-mail account.

maybe something like a warning over email after a period of more then a month inactivity.. if he/she doesn't return after 2 weeks when the mail was sent, the account is going to be deleted.

How about a post count requirement. Like you have to have 50 posts at least to post in the "Who's that girl?" forum, and people who post requests in other forums just get banned and the topic deleted? I just want WBW to stay as full of quality as possible, I don't want this site to turn into another request tgp.

just what i had in my mind, or delete acount not active longer that an month at least you can do is vote a girl if you don't want to discus on the forum or upload pics.
