Lost saved photos in playlist

I had several photos saved in my playlist but noticed that many ( my guess about 50%) have dissapeared.

Did anyone else experienced this?

This mostly happens because content is deleted due to professional model or after a takedown notice has been sent by the copyright owner.

I can understand if it is a few but I estimate that there is about eighty missing saved over a long time.

I realize that our playlist, comments and user scores go up and down as photos are deleted but over the past few days these numbers seem very excessive. My favorites went down over 600 in just a couple of days and another 300 over night last night. Is the site really deleting that many photos?

And another 300 or more gone this morning

Mod actions are logged. If a mod was on a deleting rampage for no reason, Diz would see it, especially if that involves hundreds of pics.

Usually mods don't delete many pics at once from the existing gallery. It's just gonna be a couple actions here and there if we spot something while browsing and if it involves a big series that has to be completely deleted, Diz usually handles it.
Other deletions will be reports and take down requests (handled by Diz too as he said above) and if that lands on a big series, then they all go at once.

Omuh thanks for the update. I get the usual up and down of photos being deleted but the past few days it seems rather excessive. In just tracking my favorites I estimate well over a thousand pics have been removed in the last few days

What is going on . An hour ago my favorites were at 800900 and I added quite a few more now it’s dropped down to 800590. This is becoming very concerning

Cyber-attack? Trolls mass reporting content? Cracked mod account? Fault in the system or Diz trying new code?
maybe it's a clean-up because of the new version of the website (with ads and limitations and stuff)

I think that works out to 0.038%… so not exactly a lot.

I don’t know, there are plenty of 300+ pic series, but maybe a mod has access to specific info here.

No exactly a lot for an hour but when you consider that’s working out to be over 2500 gone in just three days that is a lot

Yeah, that’s true. Like I said, I don’t know. Maybe mods were backlogged and just processed a ton of reported pics? Just tossing out another possibility.

Yeah that’s kinda what I’m thinking . Mods decided to do a major cleanup or something like that
