Legality

Well I would just like to say I suffer from the occasional bout of paranoia but I was just wondering two things.

Firstly as this is a public website in which we can add stuff to and thus if some of some of the pictures are for example under age, who is in charge to get rid of the material and does it actually get deleted if occasionly posted whether by accident or on purpose and who would get in the shit, would it just be like the bloke who posted it getting banned etc.

Secondly, I clicked on a link from one of our members to a site which said it was his picture site and I was wondering if sites like this and the susquent sites which popped up afterwards are legal or can be regulated because I dont like most people want certain stuff clogging my computer up even if it all of it doesnt massivly offend me.

I say this becasue I am a lil on the fox mulda paranoid side of things as I said and while my morales arnt the best in the world and I mean I am only 19 yrs old myself but I dont really want to run into certain things thus I dont use chatrooms and do try to not use redtube and the like anymore.

Im not sure! As far as the underage just use your best judgement before posting chances are if it looks questionable to you then it will to the rest of us! The other question my answer is spam! So dont click. This is a straight up site but dont go clicking away only so much can be regulated.

1. The minimum age here is 18. Occasionally, underage girls do get posted. It's teh responsibility of the forum mods to spot and delete them. We try to keep on it. The poster of underage material is warned, and if it continues, banned. And the individual may be turned in to the proper authorities.

2. Members occasionally post links to their own sites in sigs. As long as the sites are not money making, it's cool. I have my own site in my sig also. I can't vouch for any of these sites, beyond my own. Click these at your own risk. But I believe most of them are fine.

Firts, the mods are responsible for getting rid of any material deemed inappropriate, And yes, it does get deleted. I for one don't have any desire to keep anything illegal on my computer either...

Second the only thing I can tell you about links is, we are not responsible for anything that someone else posts on any other site, if you don't want to take the chance of going to a site that you might not want to visit, then don't clickj the links...

Might be worth to add that we try to work proactive too. If we're not sure if a girl is of age we rather remove it just to be on the safe side.

I could be mistaken but it's not illegal to view it here the US - it's illegal to possess it. In other words you cannot save it to your computer. If you click on a link that contains questionable content the FBI isn't going to show up at your door! Close the site and move on. As everyone already said, use your best judgment when posting. If it's questionable you probably should side on the side of caution.
