1. De dotted lines??....scary and ugly!!..reminds me of old style spreadsheets etc.. 
2. Make buttons or seperate colored colums for the clickable links (Home, Hot or Not, Add comment etc..)
3. When u voted you go straight to a new pic. can you make a thumbnail sized pic of the last one you voted on with the current score?, so you see what your vote did to her score.
4. A "best babe of the day" colum. where you can see the babe which go the best DAILY score.
