I'm on the fence. on one hand, he's supposed to have a permanent ban.

on the other hand, he was OK last night.

Mods say its OK, so i'm not gonna question it.

So if you are banned and then come back what was the sense in the ban in the first place? Sounds like alot of work for nothing.
