is this a bug?

Has anybody else noticed this? When I click on "post message" the image on my screen jumps just a little bit. And I have to click it a second time for it to work. Is this a bug, or just a quirk in my computer?

btw/ It only happens with fast reply.

It does the same for me Demon... But it hasnt always. Not sure whats causing it
