I actually agree with Tarquin's first post pretty closely, but I want no part of the "fetish" discussion.

I think people have a right to privacy. Spycams, hidden cams, upskirts, sharking, etc. certainly violate this right, and are generally degrading to the unconsenting party. Having said that, this is a porn forum, so you have to be careful about getting all high and mighty about what type of porn is "ethical/moral" because it's easy to argue that none of it is.

IMO, while I personally find them distasteful, these vids don't jeopardize the integrity of the forum in any manner that isn't inherant to a porn site, and as such the decision to view this content, or not view it, should be left to the discretion of the member.

We have had spycam movies and spy pics for as long as we've had movies and pictures here. If we haven't become associated with them before I have a hard time seeing why we would become associated with them now.

I agree. Not saying otherwise.

Just "if."

I've had my shorts pulled down a hundred times or more in high school by girls and guys and I never felt "raped" as a lot of dumbasses are saying. It was just something playful everybody did to everyone else. In a way I find the voyeur stuff more disturbing because it lasts longer and it's way more devious in the intent. I find the sharking to be playful and the voyeur stuff to be straight up creepy. To me it's not physical vs non physical the motive and intent are what matters to me and I think the motive behind setting up hidden cameras in dress rooms is by far worse then the motive of a few dumbass teenagers just running around lifting skirts or pulling down pants and running away. That's just my 2 cents.

Would you still not feel a little odd if it had been video taped and posted on a porn site?

Beyond that, motive matters.

We're talking about two different things here. Locker-room hazing, snapping with towels, nair in the jockstrap, pantsing someone - these are playful acts meant as initiation and to symbolize belonging or rights of passage.

The events you're trying to equate to a sexually arousing act for some are not the same thing.

I'm glad you never felt raped when your friends pantsed you.

But that's not what we're talking about here and I think we all know it. I seriously would have to question the judgment, credibility and integrity of someone who attempts to equate sharking to normal junior high school locker-room antics.

These ‘Sharking’ videos are not of groups of people in a school or some organized gathering, but usually women going about their regular daily activities such as walking to work and being "attacked" (sic) from behind, or in a market, etc. Just to set that woman, or I shall say victim, up for video or photographs. It appeared to me in the video I saw the young ladies burst into tears and were terrified of the situation that the "attack" left them in: Which was basically in a public place trembling, and with ripped clothing.

I just wanted to clarify that sharking involves an unknowingly selected victim in a setting that would not offer anything to provide aid such as an office, taxi, or store.

Yeah, people used to do that a lot at my school too..but I always (still) wore my lucky belt.

I once pantsed my friend Josh during an assembly...shit was hilarious.

But I don't think sharking is cool honestly, I can see how the women would feel victimized and such...so I agree, it's bad.
