you know with this system it takes months when ya movie finally comes on the site

i reported the movie 3 times allready and its still on
the girl is underage and i uploaded it myself and she wants to sue me

Suing for posting a video!!!! Do you know the person contacting you is the person in the film first, second if there from a different country it's very hard to sue over something on the internet.

If the girl was underaged, suing abroad becomes very easy. If it was in here, all they had to do is contact the police and they would bust his ass really soon.
That's one area where athorities have well formed co-operation.

Just out of interest can I ask how they knew it was you that posted the vid? Did you take the video (i.e. were you only one that had it)? If not how did they track you down?
Let me state that I totally agree that the vid shoud be taken down if the girl is underage, I'm more interested in the background details.

Somebody's fucking with you, TeRRoRGEIL. She wants to sue you? Come on, for what? For posting HER vid? She's the stupid one for posting it on the net. And how would she find you? By IP? You can always say that it wasn't you who used the computer.
The vid should be removed because she is underage, not because she wants to sue you.
