How does this tripledeal thing work?

I am trying to pay for sponsor membership using tripledeal but when I get to the payment method it only gives me AMEX as an option.

Why can't I just do a bank transfer like it says on the previous screen?

I just went to it and it gave me the bank transfer option.

perhaps it dosent allow bank transfers for smaller transactions
