There are a couple of ways to get credits.
You can report pictures in the babe gallery that do not belong (pro/copyright/watermarked/repost/etc.)
You can report forum posts that are against the rules.
I think you can do the same with movies.
For every removed/fixed one of the following, you get like 1/10 of a point.
You can also upload videos, and receive 15 credits per minute of accepted video. This at times can be a long waiting process.
There are a couple of other ways that you can earn credits that are listed in the link posted above, but the best way to get them is to buy a sponsor membership. They're really cheap, they help us to stay online and to pay our bills, plus the give you access to a shit load of new features you otherwise won't have access to.
I was a sponsor member before I was a moderator, and it was well worth it. It's money well spent.

× Every babe/car picture that you submit and is correctly moderated by a mod: 0.10 credit
× For every picture wrongfully uploaded credits will be taken (pro/watermarked, not dupes) -0.20 credit penalty!
Movie section
× Movies submitted and moderated with a quality of lower then 320x240 -> 0.05 credits per second of movie
× Movies submitted and moderated with a quality of between 320x240 and 512x384 -> 0.10 credits per second of movie
× Movies submitted and moderated with a quality of 512x384 or higher -> 0.15 credits per second of movie
× For wrongfully uploaded movies (pro/watermarked, not dupes) - 0.40 credits per second penalty!
Tagging
× You earn 0.01 credit for every picture you tag, if we find out that you wrongfully tagging images credits will be taken.
Important! You only get the credits IF your movie get ACCEPTED. And that means it has to show up in your queue FIRST and then be accepted by a MODERATOR.
To get unlimited credits you can also buy a sponsor membership and you can then download any movies without limitations. If you upload a movie that gets accepted while you have a sponsor membership you will keep the credits when your membership expires.

How long does it usually take for a submitted movie to be accepted (or rejected) or reviewed my a moderator respectively...?! I uploaded 2 movies as a first test a couple of days ago but there still in queue...

Well checked your queue, but both movies are PRO. So deleted them both...
