How can I delete, rename playlists or make them private/public?

Please tell me. I can't find the right button.

Click on a pic you want
Click on 'camera' with the sign
Click on 'new playlist'
Enter a name
Click on down arrow to make public or private
Click create
After you've created the playlist the next time you want to save a pic Click on the 'camera' and the playlists will appear and select which one you want to place the pic in and it's saved there

While the reply didn't answer my question fully, I finally found how to do it. In case anybody else is wondering, you need to go to your profile menu, choose playlists and there you can rename, delete and make private/public playlists that you have created earlier. This really helps me to better organize my playlists. Anyway, thank you for your answer, AJ100, after reading it I have finally found the right button to do it.
