It may take some time before your pic are approved. There are many pic-mods but people upload huge quantitys of pics every day. Ususally there are around 10000 pics at a time waiting. When modded all pics come up in random order so if it takes more than a week you are probably just unlucky.
Pictures Permanently Rejected
With the update of v4.2 a new button was added for the mods with delete queue rights. When the mods with these powers encounters a bad pic (e.g. pro pics, copyrighted pics, frequent repostsm underage pics and such) they can use this option. While the pic itself is deleted the info for it are then saved in the database and when a member tries to upload the same pic it will be rejected immediately.
