help please

Hi all. I am not new to this site as my posts would suggest, I recently changed usernames. My problem is this. I can't seem to connect to wbw from the computer I used to use. I am writing this from one of my other computers. when I try to get to the site it just never goes there, almost as if it can't find it. I have tried accessing it from a link, typing the address in my address bar, and of course using my favorites. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be??

you need to clear out your cookies, and your cache from the computer you used.

the cookies are still link to your old s/n thus you won't be able to log-in under your new one until you have cleared out the cookies and cache on your computer

try hitting control f5 also
