Help i cant cancel my sponsored membership

Help i cant cancel my sponsored membership, when i press the "Cancel" button, im forwarded to a site called http://www.vxsbill.com (i have not included the whole link) but there is a form i need to fill out, and it says (on danish) "the information provided can not be autorized, please check your information for errors"...

What do i do now??

Not sure about the Danish part, but you have too put your credit card, user name, and email address or some combination in and it will bring you to a cancellation screen, you can cancel from there.

or do what WBWCREW told you to do

You cannot cancel a sponsor membership; it is essentially a one time deal sorta thing. Once you pay for it, you have it. It is not recurring, so once your time runs up, it's over, and if you would like to renew you have to do so manually.


If there is some sort of problem with being a sponsor, just let Diz or one of the other mods know and we can try to help get things worked out for you.

Why do you want to cancel??



I'll take the balance. I miss my sponsorship, but I can't afford to renew it right now. It really sucks when you can't look at more than half your favorites.

Honestly, I had intended to reup, but things went sideways financially, so I'm SOL for at least another 60 days.
