How can i change the avatar en the name above that pic?

To change your avatar click on 'Edit Profile' at the top of the screen and upload a new one. To change your status keep doing what you've been doing (make comments, upload pics, participate, yada yada yada blah blah blah ).

you can go to edit your profile to change your avatar, but the name above your pic is your rank. you have to be active on this site (talk in forums, vote on pics, etc.) in order to get you rank changed.
