I don't mind reposts of old content, but it sure would be nice if the person would take the time to edit it first. Nothing worse than opening it up and getting pages and pages of blank and deleted pictures.

You cannot ask for people who spend time and effort posting babes on the forums to constantly curate threads and remove blank posts. External content pictures either disappear because the image host removes them or because the origin website discovers "bandwidth stealing". Freemium content is nice but you have to consume it As Is. Maybe you can report blank posts and earn credits.
