Firefox problems

I'm running Firefox 2.0 on a Mac OSX 10.3.9. Ever since the website upgrade, I can barely navigate the website. Most pages do not load at all. Any one having this problem or know of a fix, besides getting a new computer?

Yeah, this has been a problem for some of us. We have a discussion going in the office about it right now. I had the exact same problem that you are having. The only solution I was able to come up with is to use a different browser for WBW.

Like right now, I'm using Safari, and having no problems at all.

Oh, and btw, why are you using V2.0? Is that the most recent version for Mac? I had like 3.5 something running on my computer. The older the version of Firefox, the worse it performs on WBW with this new version. I would recommend upgrading if its possible for you to do so. :P

I feel your pain This is the first week since the upgrade that I've been able to access the new site reliably, but it wasn' t just FireFox, IE didn't work either. As best I can tell, it's a cache issue somewhere between your ISP and WBW. All I can suggest is clearing your cookies and your temporary internet files.

Brownell's post reminds me...by chance, is your ISP Comcast?

i have been using firefox 3.0 and 3.5 on mac osx 10.5 and no problems here at all besides the usual not beng logged in but that got fixed a week or 2 ago

We were having some issues with the servers earlier today. Diz is aware of it and working on it, as far as I know.

I'm also using firefox but it's version 3. I'm running on windows vista. Try upgrading your firefox browser to 3 and see if that helps.

when I used Firefox, every page had a black background, but i usually use Google Chrome. Much better than IE or Firefox.

We had some problems with our web servers, this issues has been fixed. Enjoy!
