I removed the screenshot, I have been fighting off the bots spamming the comment section as hard as I can. I have even contact the domain registers and vpn provider to get the real information of the person doing this shit.

Aware of it, I am working on some extra counter measures for this.
Have send abuse reports to vpn provider and domains he was using, asking for more information on who is behind it. Secondly filled a report at the cyber crime unit as this is attack on our servers.

Account created then followed me instantly and now they're off. Probably advertising the website on their banner.
I couldn't find a way to report an account directly other than block it ^^
Yesterday, many of those were voting 10 on multiple recent pics.
