anyone else getting crappy download speeds today?

Definitely slow here today... must be something stuck in the pipe across the lake.

Site seems OK, I'm just getting slower than normal downloads from the movie queue/gallery (40-50 KB/s)

Initial connection seems to be very slow for me.. gonna look into it.

yesterday i had some problems loading WBW, im not sure if it might be caused by IE8

Why should it be a mirror trick? I always do my best to get the servers running to it best performance.

diz here in the us still topping out at 40-50k downloads for movies... pages load fine..

I have moved some code optimizations from the development to live version to speed up the servers a little more. This will not affect download speed, but will help with browse speed.
