copyrighted pics

Hi all!! im sure someone can help me here - i posted the other day and they were removed as 'copyrighted pics', but i couldn't see a 'c' on the pics anywhere. They did have a website address on them tho but... ive seen other pics on wbw with web addresses on them e.g 'suicide girls' - so how can i tell? - thanks!

also - if they have a web address on them can i black that out and post 'em then?

Short answer if there is any markings on pic at all hotlink it dont upload to WBW! If mods think you have doctored pics to get round copyright issues and then upload to WBW they will kick your ass!

Get a free pic upload site like photobucket.com and hotlink pics from there

just looked on photobucket and thier legal blog says that if i post any nudity etc or hotlink - they're gonna beat me with a big stick??? what happens here then?

I link from it all the time and have such pics as this and have never had any problems

Yeah, just keep your account private so when people search on there they won't get the naked pics you uploaded and report them.

The material can be copyrighted even if there's no (c) on it.
All pro, stamped, copyrighted etc. material is not allowed here.

to show the ownership of the pic!

If you see such pics, click the "report picture to a moderator" link
All pics with any kind of stamping are not allowed unless the uploader can prove watertight that he has the owners permission to post them here. (hint: reporting pics can get you extra points)

If you do that, either the picmods or I will come after you, beat you in the head with a crowbar, rip your head off and after that stuff it in your ass.
And we'll also give you a warning and maybe ban you from the site right away...

Were the pics you saw with the addresses on them uploaded or hotlinked?? If they're hotlinked it's ok, uploaded is not ok.
