Complete Membership List

Is there anyway we can see a complete membership list?

I know we have a buddy list, and a "who's online" list ...

But sometimes, we might want to send a pvt message to someone who is on neither list.

Is there anyway we could have a directory of the members, and maybe with thier "rank" ?
