cancel my subscription

I've contacted support but my account still says i have unlimited credits.
how do i cancel ?

Support is the way to go.
You should have an answer within a few days.

thanks, i read on the FAQ's that its a recurring subscription, but it has automatically renewed for DEC.

Non-recurring, because it was a one year membership you took on 8 January 2012. So you have to renew manually.
