block user button not work

the button to block users does not seem to work
I want to block a user and despite doing so he can still see my photos

that is a feature of social networking platforms. this website comes from an era when the interwebs was more free -as in liberty too. if i am correct, you only block a user from sending you messages. the wbw thematic park has content you will not find on youtube or instagram. thank you for your uploads!
