babes uploads

Greatest site ever! I was just curious how long it usually takes for a babe upload to go from 'queued' to actually uploaded. I uploaded a babe picture probably about a month ago, and it took a few days for the mod approval, but it's just been sitting there as queued since then. Not that I mind at all, it's actually made me start checking out the babes section a lot more (as opposed to the forum where I spend most of my time...), but just sort of wondering if there's any additional step I need to take or if I should just wait.

Waiting is the best option. The queue is pretty deep, so patience is a big part of it. I for one really appreciate all the pics you guys up and that the mods sort through. Kindly do hang in there and keep on pluggin' away!

There are like 22,000 pics in the queue right now, and they come up for moderation randomly, so I can't really give an exact answer to this.

Yeah, like Tarquin and Lindros said, there are many pics in the queue...so just wait it out.

When you upload a pic to the queue it goes into the queue with all the others and thats where you see it as queued. Whilst your pic is in the queue it hasn't been approved by a mod at all. It is waiting to be approved / rejected by a mod. Once it has been approved it goes into the gallery. This can take a while as like mentioned above there is about 20000 in the queue.

how would an average run of the mill member go about earning another respect to stand a chance at being possibly looked at for a picture mod?
I spend enough bloody time on here i could siv through some pictures...

I have nothing to do with the actual hiring of mods.

But we do sometimes get asked to make suggestions and to be honest you (and most of the other bulk uploaders) need to tidy up the "quality" of what you upload.
If we didn't have to sift through so much crap it would make it a lot easier for us all.

I've modded quite a few your pics over the past couple of months and there has been a lot of deletes (Not just you but all the other bulk uploaders as well)

I had a look through 10 of your pics and deleted all but one ...*Examples are below - Thanks Bangles for updating them *

i usually upload the pictures from my main thread (girls in all colours of the rainbow), most could be saved off there or some with watermarks possibly.

Does it mean someone would be a bad pic mod just because they up dupes? I've uploaded a high percentage of dupes in my day (probably). So many in fact, that I stopped uploading for the most-part. The last one I uploaded I was positive was new (and it was) because unknown to me, she was also under-aged.

So I suck at uploading. I have no new content aside from pedo-fodder apparently. My bad.

But I can spot a ton of dupes. That's not to say I'm the best at it or anything, but I can spot dupes pretty decently. I can't upload for shit, but I bet I could pick out well above the average amount of problem pics too.

Like I said, I probably wouldn't be the best at it - but I wouldn't be bad either, despite that my uploads are absolutely pathetic compared to many.

Just saying.

PS: No, I do not want to be a pic mod. This is not an attempt to become a pic mod. Offer it to me and I'll prove it by saying no. Being a pic mod sucks and I really appreciate those willing to do it. I am not one of those people, however.

thats a good point made, i dont understand people who get on the mod's backs about things, when they're just doing their job
